Lately I was trying to migrate from Volanta to Elevatex, and tried to compose the csv file myself. The template that is currently provided in elevatex only shows you the columns. There is technically information what value is required, but I still had issues importing my flights, and didn't know what exactly failed. Any error message after csv import has failed would be really helpful for users to diagnose the problem themselves, because right now it's really hard to judge what I did wrong, making the platform less accessible for people who want to migrate, I understand there is a 3rd party tool for Volanta that works for most of the users, but it would be cool if the nat…

Is it possible for have the fleet page save how aircraft are sorted? I have mine grouped by aircraft type, and every time I go to the aircraft tab they seem to be sorted randomly. I have to manually select Designator, and then sort descending.

Hi, I've been using ELEVATEX now for quite some time for all of my flights. I usually fly Airliner on the VATISM Network and a little bit of GA aswell. So here are three things I'd wish for future ELEVATEX: Aircraft registration detection automation: When starting a flight with a new/fresh registration, I have to manually add the registration to my fleet so I can add it to my active flight on the World Map. I'd wish for an option to type in the registration directly into the field of my active flight and if it's a new registration, either import it via a already existing template (as it is already doing it via the Fleet manager), or manually add it there, so the step of …

When will the notes section be fixed? At the end of my flights, I like writing notes so i can remember how the flight went. What went wrong and how i can fix it. I can right in the note section but if i leave that page and come back to it the note is gone.

Guess I am in the brain-storming mode today. 🙂 I am thinking about a really cool feature for for Elevatex members that would be called "Group Flight". Functionality Brainstorm: Users could input a route via Elevatex that could be stored to his account as a "Group Flight" proposal. Upon saving, the pilots connected Elevatex friends could visualize the route via their account. Lets say the flight has multiple airport destinations over a period of time, users could mark their "current" location along the propsed route so their friends know where they are along the route of the virtual "Group Flight". Hi! Im trying to shift from Volanta to Elevatex and give it a serious try. I exported the data from Volanta and used your import function to get things back in Elevatex. The import seems to work well. The number of flights are the same as in the export, so far so good. However, I have some flights where the from/to is not like in the export, but "defaulted" to 97KS Augusta. Is that something that is a known issue or maybe caused be me? I can manually change from/to in the gui and then it is corrected, but its quite some flights and thus quite some work to correct. I checked the export files and there is no 97KS or Augusta in that file at all, so it doesn't seem to be…

Hey, So when you are in flight and decide to divert to another airport and set it on the tracking software that you are diverting it shows up clearly and cleverly in red and your original destination crossed out and your new destination that you are diverting to. However, when you complete the flight and go back into and look at the flight on your previous flights page it still just has your original destination on there and no knowledge that you diverted to another airport unless you look at the tracking. My suggestion is that even when you complete the flight the previous flights screen also that you diverted so have the original destination crossed out and show the n…

I have elevatex start on my system boot. I would like an option to have it start minimised to tray - so it'll work in the background if I forget to set up tracking properly when I fly. I know I could fix this by removing start on boot and then loading the exe via the MSFS exe.xml but I thought the above method might be another way of achieving it - having a run flag also gives the option to have it just run in the background when flying - unobtrusive! It would be awesome to be able to right click on one of your screenshots to be able to copy/open the link, so you can send it to other people. This used to be a feature. It would make it so much easier because it would not be necessary to have to dig through screenshot files to find a screenshot you want to share, you would simply just press copy link.

Hi there, I like the option to have the scheduling feature but when not running by any schedules and just doing casual flights it can be a bit off putting to see bright red delayed text on my tracking. A simple toggle on off to show this information would work great. Just a suggestion from my experience. Love the tool regardless. Thanks, Ben.

I think a team feature in Elevatex would be a welcome addition to the program (similar to what the main competition offers). It would perhaps help to lower the treshold for people to migrate over. It could contain tabs for stats, a leaderboard with filtering for flight time/distance/avg. landing rate, and a chat window.

Hi, I've notice that with X-Plane 12 everytime I took off, for some reason Elevatex detect a landing. When I select Aircraft and order them with the using the arrow, the sort will not remain. Every time I reopen the section I need to click on the arrow to order them from A to Z. Expected behaviour: the selection should remain Screen Recording 2026-03-01 145227.mp4

I'd like to have an option to view any tags that we have added to flights, without having to go into the individual flight details. In the same place that imported flights get marked by the source would be great.

When viewing the map, it would be possible to view the entire map from left to right in one screenshot IF the flights weren't in the way. I would like to be able to see the entire map, east to west, when viewing my flights on a map. It's visually pleasing to be able to send screenshots of a flight map with certain or all flights on it, which isn't possible currently because the rather chunky flight tab is in the way. Please let us minimise this or something just whilst we're viewing flights. Good evening, I'd like to suggest two features regarding the airport info tab, should be relatively easy to add. 1. Frequency change through ATC list tab At the moment, the only way to change frequency in the sim using Elevatex, which I personally use a lot, is finding the airport/ATC sector on the map and right clicking it. It would be great if we could do that through the airport ATC tab as shown on screenshot. 2. Show all track lines for arriving/departing traffic. This feature is present in many trackers, such as vatsim radar or vatscope. Hi, I really do enjoy watching my landings after parking to the gate, but I sometimes forget to complete the flight. I would love to see such a feature coming to the Elevatex platform as this was a implemented feature on Volanta. Much appreciated for your time!

I would like to suggest a new feature for the "Friend Flight Details" section. It would be very helpful if the UI displayed which ATC network a friend is currently using. A simple indicator showing VATSIM, IVAO, or Offline status would allow for better coordination and interaction between users.

I find when going to a deice pad and you shut down it causes the flight to close. Is there a way to add a stipulation like altitude change or something to have happened to be able to close the flight?
