I've notice that with X-Plane 12 everytime I took off, for some reason Elevatex detect a landing. Hi, this is an issue with X-Plane and the way the ground detection works. The logic works the same for any other simulator. I'm afraid we can't do anything about this. This is caused by uneven ground on the runways in the simulator causing all wheels to lose contact with the ground.

I would try to make the rotations a bit different, that can help alleviate this from happening.
