Open up the Elevatex, and I started the sim (xplane12). While loading into the airport the Elevatex prompted me a confirmation window and without reading it, I clicked 'yes'. Then I got Elevatex shortcut not found error. I went to the Elevatex installation folder and found out the folder is completely clean, nothing left. and there was nothing in the recycle bin. elvtx-connect-x64.txt main.log

See screenshots, I changed the gate from C23 to C24 right before descent and notice it changed to say I departed 1hr and 40min late. The issue seems to be that when updating the arrival gate, the app uses that update time as the time that determines if you left on time, late, or early. Hi, Not sure if this is really a bug or a feature request - please feel free to move the post if you don't consider it a bug! I have an HDR monitor, and use an HDR-capable screenshot tool. This produces both a .jxr and .png file for each screenshot (in the same folder). I have ELEVATEX configured with that folder. This means I see some thumbnails in the "carousel" that the program is unable to display or upload (the .jxr files). It would be better if the app filtered out any files that it is unable to display rather than showed the "broken" image. Screenshot of unavailable thumbnails:

ELEVATES will ask you to select a gate manually if you are pushing back from or going to a convertible gate which fits multiple aircraft sizes. (For example, in VHHH, N24L/R can park two C category aircraft like 737 or A320, and N24 alone can serve larger E category aircraft like a 777/A330). The thing is, if you forgot to choose one (which happens a lot to me, because during pushback stage, the pilot is quite busy performing checklist in sim) there will be time discrepancy of tracking the OFF Block time (Like your actual push back time will be set back for 1 or 2 minute. After completing a flight, I immedietly started a return flight on elevatex (without restarting the simulator), but in this case my plane wouldn't show up. I noticed that in the plugins page, it says: To attempt to fix this I uninstalled the app (and deleted the plugin and WASM from msfs24), and when reinstalling I had the same issue. I had to pull the plugin out of my recycle bin, and even with that it will detect when I start moving or when I take off, but it won't tell me anything more, like my location, or any of the 5 information things (GS, ALT etc). When choosing airports for flights, most airports that have standard identifiers such as 3 or 4 letters and/or numbers work. But lots of smaller airports have longer identifiers. For example, Chouzy sur Cisse Hydro base is FR-0753. If I type that in departure or arrival it shows as an option, but when I click it, it does nothing.

Flight arrived 21 minutes ahead of schedule, which shows correctly on the flight info, but on the flight screen, there is a red outline around the flight, even though it is early. Th This is just one example but its happening on most my flights lately. See below for another example:

I have the issue of the Aerosoft CRJ900 displaying as a RJ900 in Elevatex. The ICAO code for the CRJ900 is CRJ9. I checked the aircraft.cfg file as suggested on discord and it had atc_model=CRJ900. I changed it to atc_model=CRJ9 and now it displays as RJ9. I also tried atc_model="CRJ9" and atc_model = "CRJ9" and it still shows RJ9. When trying to manually add an aircraft, RJ900 is not even an option.

The auto save feature even though it is enabled does not save the flight progress, I currently have it set to every 15 minutes but I am 2 hours into my flight and no auto save has generated, I turned the toggle off and the on again and it created a save for that time, 15 minutes later it does do it but its something that needs to be turned off and then on again everytime. This is not the first time this has happened however it was the first time i raised it in the discord channel where i was advised to report here

Hi there! Today I flew from EDDM to BIKF but the plane I was using was still located at BIKF in Elevatex. After completing the flight I had 2 of the exact same aircraft at the location. I manually deleted the one that had no flight records, but it felt odd. Please verify. Best Papa

Dear Elevatex crew, I did my first flight using Elevatex 2 days ago, it's a brilliant program. It was a flight from Amsterdam to Birmingham (time difference of 1 hour). When I took a look at the flightlog it said the flight took '19 minutes', so I figured out it didn't automatically consider the time difference. Can I somehow tell Elevatex to ignore those time differences, so it shows the correct amount of hours flown? Appreciate it, Tom

As per title, Elevatex stopped tracking after about 20 mins and has not unfroze as yet, map now has aircraft 40 mins behind as does graph version: 2025.9.161802 and app still shown as connected to sim
