[SOLVED]Won't show plane location & Plugin not available

Featured Replies

After completing a flight, I immedietly started a return flight on elevatex (without restarting the simulator), but in this case my plane wouldn't show up. I noticed that in the plugins page, it says:image.png

To attempt to fix this I uninstalled the app (and deleted the plugin and WASM from msfs24), and when reinstalling I had the same issue. I had to pull the plugin out of my recycle bin, and even with that it will detect when I start moving or when I take off, but it won't tell me anything more, like my location, or any of the 5 information things (GS, ALT etc).

I've tried running it as administrator, fully shutting it down via the task manager and nothing seems to work.

From the troubleshooting page and task manager, I've noticed that the connector seems to boot and immedietly close. I don't know if this is intentional but I thought I should put it in.

I had a look at the logs and found that they always ended by deleting the msfs24 autosaves, but that wasn't happening in the documents folder, so I deleted them manually, which also didn't do anything.

Both my main logs and connect logs are attached.

Thanks for the help :)

Hello,
Sorry to hear that your are experiencing issues. This could potentially link to a know issue we have. Please could you try the below?

Showing connected to simulator, but telemetry has "dashes". This is caused by the compilied WASM by the simulator. The solution is to remove the elevatex-wasm-bridge folder under one of the following directories. Make sure the simulator is closed when removing the folder.

  • FS2020 (Microsoft): %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\Packages\

  • FS2020 (Steam): %appdata%\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\

  • FS2024 (Microsoft): %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2024

  • FS2024 (Steam): %appdata%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\WASM\MSFS2024\

If this does not work then please let us know, or feel free to open a direct support ticket in the discord for fast response.

Thanks
Trei

Solved my exact problem, Thank you so much :)

Funniest thing is I had cleared it like a few days before this had happened so I just never suspected it to be the problem.

Everything works again and the plugin shows available in the plugin page.

Thanks again :)

Awesome, glad to hear it!

Thanks
Trei
