Please use the following format when submitting a bug report. We will remove bug reports that do not follow this format.

  • App Version: (Can be found under settings -> general) ex. ELEVATEX v2024.12.12350
  • Operating System:
  • Priority: Low/Mid/High
  • Description:
    • Provide a detailed description
    • Attach the logs from %appdata%/elevatex/logs (main.log and the connector-x64.txt or connector-x86.txt)
    • Attach images/video's supporting your bug report.
