Hello everyone,

I've just signed up for Elevatex and downloaded the Windows app. However, when I enter my credentials, I’m unable to log in. I also attempted logging in via QR code but encountered the same issue. I'm currently using app version 2025.5.722.51.

Has anyone experienced this problem or know how to resolve it?

I’d really appreciate any guidance or support. Thanks in advance!

Share screen below error. I tried with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browser. My operating system is Windows 11 (24H2)

At this moment I received a third email after a long time of confirming access via app and I was able to access. Case closed and solved.

Sorry for late reply, we are happy you managed to solve this problem, were you sure that you were using the correct email and password?? 

 

If this was to happen in the future (e.g you get logged out) press: 'Forgot password?' assuming this was the problem

Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
