Couldn't complete flight - eventually completed but didn't save landing/flight time

Featured Replies

I was flying from Sydney to Hong Kong last night. Upon landing and after turning off the engines I had a look in Elevatex. Normally the flight would have ended but it was still open.
I clicked complete flight, then confirmed it in the popup. But it still didn't complete it so I tried a couple more times. At last I just ended msfs and closed Elevated. Then I restarted Elevatex and at that point I could complete the flight.
However it is now missing half of the flight path (basically everything after Australia) and the flight time and landing data.

It does have an on-blocks and block time (but that might be calculated based on my complete flight action).

Not sure if it's a bug or an unhappy coincidence :)

Hello @speedbrake1, it appears that your token expired during the flight. Basically, you were signed out of your account mid-flight. Restarting the app removes the position reports/landing performance because it doesn't have an account or flight to link it to. If you were to sign out and sign back in, the cached position reports would render in the app, therefore fixing your issue.
