Helipads not using proper ICAO code

I've noticed that helipads do not have the proper icao code

 

example 

Loulé in elevatex is PT-0015

Real life is LPLO https://ais.nav.pt/wp-content/uploads/AIS_Files/eVFR_Current/eVFR_Online/eAIP/html/eAIP/LP-AD-3.LPLO-en-PT.html
 

Is there a way to updated it to real ICAO codes for the helipads
