Try restarting the app, if it doesnt work, please make sure you have installed

If you already installed them, please re-install the app from;
ELEVATEX

 

If that doesn't work either, send me a screenshot of your log using
CTRL + shift + i, navigate to console, then take a screenshot of that and send it here, or press F12, and go to console.

Hey again!
The connector is removed by your anti virus. You need to reinstall the app and make sure your antivirus stops removing it.

If you are using Windows antivirus, turn off real-time protection, then install the app and the connecter.  If you have other antiviruses, please make sure they are disabled as it can stop you from downloading.

I put an exception on the app, for my antivirus and that did the trick 🙂
