  • I logged onto ElevateX for the first time in a while today and was going to resume my around the world trip. Looking back on my past flight data and track I noticed several segments were missing on the map. They are not missing on the flight log though. They just seem to not be registering airports that are noted down in the log but maybe not recognized on the map any longer? They used to all show for me. Example below:

    HAF - 0Q5 (shelter cove) MISSING
    0Q5 - OTH MISSING

    For this one example seems like maybe the lack of Shelter Cove in the database is causing the issue? I've tried to modify it and add 0Q5 with no success. Even adding by searching Shelter Cove (which comes up) didn't add the flight to the map. The airport and its runway and taxiways are on the map. It's the same issue for all the other missing airports. Not sure what changed with any subsequent updates in the last couple months.

Fixing format

Hello @nobody, if you can provide a list of all of the missing airports that are not displaying, we can give it fixed for you.

Im facing the same problem. Flights are missing from the map because some of the airports are no longer showing. I made a thread for them about a month ago. Please find them below, hope you can add them soon as I'd like to see my world flight route, and currently can't.

We've checked the above, all airports are on file and correct. Please search for them again as we have enhanced the backend search.
