I’ve subscribed but don’t see my role or subscription in the app If your purchase has been successfully completed, rest assured—your subscription is being processed. Our payment provider securely handles the transaction and notifies us once it’s activated. This usually happens instantly, but in some cases, it may take a few minutes. In our testing, activation typically occurs within seconds. I can see the subscription in the app, but my Discord role hasn’t appeared No worries! Our system checks for active subscribers every minute and syncs roles accordingly. Please ensure your Discord account is linked to your ELEVATEX account under Settings → Connections, as this is required to assign your Premium role. How can I get a refund for ELEVATEX Premium? All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or partial refunds. However, you can manage your subscription at any time through the customer portal, including turning off auto-renew for the next billing period.
