NEVZEY Posted May 5 Posted May 5 Importing your Volanta data within ELEVATEX can be done with ease and with a few clicks! Step 1: First head over to your Volanta App and request a data export from within the application. NOTE: This can take a little while but most users receive the export within the hour. Step 2: Once available download the Volanta Data Export which comes in the form of a .zip file. Step 3: Open up ELEVATEX if you have not yet and head over to Settings -> Data -> Volanta. Step 4: On this page click on Select, and select the .zip file you downloaded in the previous step. You do not need to extract or do anything with the zip file. Step 5: The following screen will be displayed, select the flights you would like to import. Step 6: On the next screen select the Aircraft you would like to import. Step 7: The next page will give you the options to clear any previously imported Volanta data (If you have ran the importer. Clear Imported Volanta Aircraft This option will remove ALL previously imported Volanta Aircraft only. Clear Imported Volanta Flights This option will remove ALL previously imported Volanta Flights only. Step 8: Once you are happy with the selections you have made click the arrow button and from there on the server will take the work from you. You do not have to stay on this screen, you will receive an email once the import has been processed. NOTE: Depending on the amount of flights and tasks queued it can take up to 30 minutes for your import to be processed.
