ELEVATEX has landed.

Hello everyone!

Today marks a major milestone in our development process. We are entering open beta! We are happy to welcome all of you into the ELEVATEX family and can't wait to see the family grow throughout the coming days, weeks, months and even years!

This journey started in 2022, the time the app was called "SimWidget" below is a picture of what the app looked like. It looks quite different now...  This application started as a fun hobby project, and we did not intend to turn ELEVATEX into what it is today and will continue to evolve into. Over the past 3 years a lot of things have happened and changed, we went from an initial build to a completely new overhauled build last summer. This was received with lots of positive comments by our Alpha testers. We know the wait has been long, with delay after delay and the silence from our side. But this was all in the best interest for both all of you and us! We can make this a very long story, but we don't think anyone is waiting for that now!

What to expect?

Since we are releasing the app into it's Open Beta stage today this does mean we are not yet at a full release candidate. But the app has been through months in testing with our Alpha testers and we have reached a point at which we are ready to welcome all of you to join us on this adventure together.

Something important to note is, that since this is an open beta release. There may be hiccups, issues and other things that have not happened during the test period with our alpha user base. We ask you to report issues in the appropriate sections on the forums, or reach out via our Discord in the form of a support ticket.

Performance

Performance is one of the main foundations of our application. Currently, it is still not in a place where we would like it, but we did not want that to stop us from letting all of you to enjoy this journey with us. So just know, if you see higher RAM usage than you expected, this will be worked on and improved in the many updates we will release. Our Alpha testers know how many times a day we can put updates out... haha!

What will the future look like?

We will be posting a road map for the coming months within the next week with the features (and some secret ones) we expect to release this year but also in 2026.
